1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ManyHands ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Description of Service

ManyHands is an AI orchestration platform that coordinates multiple AI agents to build software from user-provided specifications. The Service includes a web dashboard, CLI tools, and MCP server integration.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account via Google or GitHub OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. API Keys & Credentials

When you provide API keys (Bring Your Own Key), they are encrypted at rest using AES-256. You are solely responsible for costs incurred through your API keys. ManyHands does not store or have access to your plaintext API keys after encryption.

5. Intellectual Property

Code generated by AI agents during builds belongs to you. ManyHands retains no ownership over output code. The ManyHands platform, dashboard, CLI tools, and orchestration logic remain the property of ManyHands.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate malicious code, violate third-party rights, or circumvent rate limits. Automated abuse of the platform may result in account suspension.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

Free tier requires no payment. Pro ($10/mo) and Max ($200/mo) tiers are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.

8. Limitation of Liability

ManyHands is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to API costs, code defects, or service interruptions. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
